There is also another house (previously used as a vacation home with 144 sqm) and a newly built house (previously used as a therapeutic practice) on the plot next to the residential house with 130 sqm. The house is heated with wood via two tiled stoves and an open fireplace, while the vacation home and the new building have oil heating. In the vacation home there is a swimming pool (pool in need of renovation) with sauna on the first floor. In addition, separated from the garden area (1160 sqm) by a wooden walkway, there is a stable with 5 horse boxes (stable 176 sqm, side rooms 62 sqm), a barn (in the lower area previously used as an open stable for horses and sheep, in the upper area as an open stable for alpacas, 114 sqm).
