The gas floor heating (latest condensing boiler technology) is installed in the attic above the apartment, does not detract from the appearance of the living space and therefore has short pipe runs and low heat losses.
For this reason, the data on the energy certificate does not match the actual situation. Unfortunately, the former manager has not had this corrected (depending on the heating intensity, the previous tenants have so far incurred approx. 60/70 € per month; but 40 € was also possible).
