The mini houses have approx. 83 square meters and 3.5 rooms on 2 floors. The first floor is an open-plan living/dining/cooking area that is flooded with light. There is also a guest WC.
Upstairs we have 2 spacious rooms that can be used as bedrooms/guest rooms or studies. The bathroom is also on the upper floor.
The plot is almost flat and has 328 sqm. It is a building gap in an existing open building area. This means there is a lot of greenery around it. The plot is very sunny and invites you to linger and recharge your batteries.
Living in the countryside has many advantages that counteract today's stressful working life. For one, we have high air quality, peace and quiet, no noise, no crowded streets, and friendly neighborhood relations.
Thanks to a good internet connection, it allows workers to work from home comfortably.

The basis of our concept is to create a small house that is healthy to live in but lacks nothing.
The solid wooden wall in combination with clay plaster forms the heart of a breathable wall structure. High-quality surface materials such as solid wood floors, clay plaster and tiles are designed to make the residents feel at home. A PV system on the roof produces electricity that can be used directly for hot water or heating.
It is also important to us that the house is low-maintenance. For example, we opted for a decentralized hot water system and a low-voltage electric heating system. This means that no major maintenance costs are to be expected.
Location
The property is situated in a rural location in 88430 Rot an der Rot - Ellwangen. The village itself has all the essentials, including kindergarten, elementary school, beverage market, active club life, voluntary fire department.
Doctors, secondary schools, supermarkets etc. can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.
Ellwangen is located in a rural area, but central to Biberach (Riß), Ochsenhausen, Memmingen and Ravensburg. The A7 motorway can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car and there is a connection to Ulm, Munich or Lindau on Lake Constance at the junction there. Nothing stands in the way of leisure activities. The natural moors in Bad Wurzach offer a recreation center and the immediate surroundings are ideal for sun-drenched walks, bike tours or other activities.
