The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building with only three residential units in the Oberbrügge district, which is the largest district of the town of Halver with a good 1000 inhabitants. An elementary school and a daycare center are just a few minutes' walk away.
General information about Halver:
Halver is a town in the west of the Märkischer Kreis district with around 16,000 inhabitants, situated in a scenic location on the border between the Bergisches Land and Sauerland regions.
In addition to the dense town center, Halver consists of a large number of smaller settlements spread across the entire surrounding area, which is heavily dominated by agriculture and forestry. The supply infrastructure is correspondingly centralized.
The nearest large shopping center can be found in Lüdenscheid, approx. 15 km away, or in Hagen, approx. 20 km away.
In the center of Halver there is a secondary school, the Anne-Frank-Gymnasium and two elementary school with different educational concepts. There is another elementary school and the Eugen-Schmalenbach vocational college just outside the town.
Halver is justifiably proud of its diverse range of schools, which, in addition to the extensive leisure facilities and a large number of (sports) clubs, makes Halver particularly attractive for families with children.
An adequate number of kindergarten places (various providers) as well as a constantly growing range of childcare for children under the age of three complete the outstanding "educational landscape".
