69168 Wiesloch – Baden-WürttembergWe are selling our 3-room apartment in a 6-family house. The building was completely renovated last year (2024), whereby a facade insulation (full thermal insulation) was realized. In addition, the balconies were renovated. As a result, the building is up to date in terms of energy technology. The current energy certificate shows a good "C" value. The ancillary costs are very low and the building has no other renovation backlog. The central heating was completely renewed in 2013, including the hot water tank. The windows were completely replaced in 2015. The stairwell was also renovated and is now very friendly and bright. In the apartment itself, the bathroom was renovated, new floors, doors and frames were replaced and the walls were newly papered. Optionally, a single garage can also be purchased with the apartment for €15,000.
The apartment was rented out for years, but the family bought a house and therefore moved. We no longer want to continue renting and have therefore decided to sell the apartment.
