The balcony offers a wonderful view.
The apartment was completely renovated by the previous owner about 5 years ago, except for the kitchen. This involved plastering the walls, laying laminate flooring throughout the apartment and replacing the skylights.
We completely renovated the kitchen (walls, electrics, floor and ceiling). A fitted kitchen was then installed.
As we own an electric car, a wall box was installed with the kind permission of Stadtwerke Mosbach.
The apartment has a balcony power station that is permitted by Stadtwerke Mosbach and is not prohibited by law. The power cell was also replaced.
