The apartment is very well equipped and can be moved into directly with little effort. It is ideal for relaxing after a hard day's work. Lots of natural light, pleasantly warm in the winter months thanks to the underfloor heating, cool temperatures in the summer. It is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance.
Service charges incl. heating, janitor, refuse charges etc.
NOTE: This is an absolutely non-smoking apartment, smoking of any kind (e-cigarettes, water pipes, etc.) is also not permitted in the outdoor area.

There are two supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants etc... Very good traffic connections to the A8/B313/B10, airport, the entire greater Stuttgart area.
