The salesroom is flooded with light in the front part due to a floor-to-ceiling, large shop window front. The doors are made of fire protection plastic. The room is statically secured by 6 columns and has easy-care floors (screed with PVC coverings). The walls are covered with wallpaper and tiles. The staff room is secured by a lockable aluminum roller shutter and the warehouse and WC by latticed skylights. There is an air-conditioning system for the rooms corresponding to this. The heating is provided by a gas central heating.
Location
The town of Sassnitz is located on the Jasmund peninsula in the north-east of the island of Rügen and belongs to the district of Vorpommern-Rügen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Germany). Sassnitz is a particularly attractive location due to the Jasmund National Park, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011, and the chalk coast. Thousands of tourists visit the state-approved resort every year.
The old harbor town is also one of the largest business locations on the island.
The retail space on offer here with office and ancillary rooms in the "old department store" is located on the lively main street in the old part of the town. From there it is only a 10-minute walk to the town harbor and the Baltic Sea shore.
The B96 provides good, fast transport links to the mainland (e.g. Berlin).

The salesroom (approx. 420sqm) and the ancillary areas (approx.60sqm) have a ceiling height of 2.95 meters. The sales room has a shop window front of approx. 18 m and a wide entrance area with ramp.
Through a 1 meter wide back door, deliveries can be made directly to the warehouse. From there you also enter the staff room in the fastest way.
