This house has been rented by us as a vacation home to dog owners for the last 10 years. The property is fully furnished, if possible we would like to hand it over as it is.

The living space of approx. 115 sqm is divided as follows:
- large eat-in kitchen, with partly new appliances

Due to its age and the prevailing marshy ground here, the house has some settlement cracks, but this is normal up here. The tiles in the house have suffered somewhat as a result and show cracks.
