Please don't be surprised at the amount of the house rent. Around € 236 of this is accounted for by the maintenance reserve. The reason for this is that the owners have only set aside small reserves in recent years and are now saving in advance to avoid special levies in the future.
We intend to sell the apartment free of commission, as we only acquired it ourselves five years ago and unfortunately have to sell for family reasons. We already paid estate agent fees when we bought it at the time.
