Location
The Solln district is a very popular residential area and is located in the southwest of Munich. Stores for daily needs are within walking distance. There is also an elementary school, kindergarten, public library and the Stäbli swimming pool with sauna. The nearby Forstenrieder Park and the Isar meadows offer a wide range of leisure and recreational activities.
Bus lines 63 (e.g. Donnersberger Brücke), 134 (e.g. Harras, Theresienwiese) and 151 (e.g. Laim) provide connections to the underground/underground. Especially by bus in about 5 minutes to the U3 (Forstenrieder Allee) with stops at Marienplatz, Odeonsplatz and University. The S 7 (Wolfratshausen-Hbf) and S 20 (Pasing-Höllriegelskreuth) trains run from Solln station, the journey time from there to the main station is approx. 20 minutes. By car, the Alpine foothills can be reached quickly via the A95 highway (Lake Starnberg approx. 20 min, Garmisch approx. 50 min); the Kreuzhof access road to the Mittlerer Ring with feeder roads to the A96 (towards Lindau) and A8 (Stuttgart - Salzburg) highways is also only 5 min away.
