Heading west, you can quickly reach a large petrol station (300 m), the UCI complex with Lidl, Glasmeyers Rewe, bakery, pharmacy, Budnikowsky, fitness club and billiard/bowling facilities. The Othmarschen S-Bahn station is 1.9 km away - as is the popular shopping street 'Waitzstraße' with stores, restaurants, doctors, etc. A grammar school is located in the side street 190 m away. The Elbe is just over a kilometer away. The ELBE shopping center can be reached by car in nine minutes, the Othmarschen freeway exit in three minutes and Hamburg Airport in 20 minutes. The Baltic Sea or the North Sea can be reached in an hour. This means that you have everything you need for daily life, leisure and local recreation in the immediate vicinity, but you can also quickly reach the city center for work, culture or shopping and the Jenisch or Volkspark, Klövensteen, Wedel, the Elbe, the Alster or the Baltic or North Sea for relaxation.
