There are several restaurants in the village and a smoked fish shop selling fresh fish every day. A small store is open during the season, selling bread rolls and basic necessities. Groß Zicker can be reached by public transport. In addition to a small harbor and a romantic brick church, there is also the well-known "Pfarrwitwenhaus" in the village.
