The floors consist of tiles for the wet areas (same tiles on the walls) and oak floorboards throughout the rest of the house. The two staircases, built-in wardrobes and shelves are also made of oak and custom-made in the same color as the oak floors. However, there is one exception: in the kitchen, a special limestone is used on the walls, as a worktop and on the floor. The kitchen itself has light oak fronts.
The color scheme of the walls is perfectly matched to the floors and fixtures and consists of shades from the Farrow & Ball collection. These are soft shades of blue and beige.
When you enter the hallway from the porch, you are in the heart of the house. To the left are the stairs to the upper floor and the utility room, straight ahead is the spacious living area. To the right is the dining area and the open kitchen with island. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an extractor hood, dishwasher, etc. You can step directly onto the terrace from the dining area. An electric awning covers the seating area. As there is a fireplace connection, one could be installed in the living room.
There are 3 bedrooms with sloping ceilings on the upper floor. Here, too, there are practical and attractive built-in wardrobes. The bathroom with shower and bathtub invites you to relax. The Velux roof windows are fitted with blackout blinds.
Custom-made curtains hang in front of the windows throughout the house. There are electric shutters on the ground floor.
The "Bültenhof" is located within the development plan no. 25 "Wohnbebauung südwestlich der Nordstraße" of the municipality of Born, with the building law use "general residential area". You may therefore live here all year round or rent it out, but it should not be a vacation rental.
The house can be taken over free of occupancy by arrangement. It is being sold partly furnished according to an inventory list.
