The two-room apartment we are offering is located on the top floor of an eight-family house (originally built in 1965 - top floor was extended in 1994) and was partially renovated a few years ago (bathroom, WC, floor coverings, walls, doors + door lock). All windows are double-glazed (Velux skylights).
The residential buildings themselves were given a thermal insulation facade and a friendly, bright exterior coat of paint a few years ago. This thermal insulation measure has significantly reduced energy consumption costs. The central heating system was also replaced in 2019.
In addition to an open and spacious living and dining area, the apartment has a separate bedroom and a practical storage room/utility room with washing machine connection. The apartment itself has an open parking space in front of the building.

Location
The municipality of Brüggen with the districts of Brüggen, Bracht and Born has a very well-developed public infrastructure. Schools, kindergartens and public community facilities are available in sufficient numbers.
