We are pleased to be able to offer one of 2 plots of land in the beautiful outskirts of Grasberg. Most recently, there was a farmstead with an old farmhouse and a barn on the 5,000 m² plot. Both buildings were professionally demolished, which means that the site now offers various possibilities for a new building.
All the stones were crushed on site using a crushing plant and a construction road has already been created.

The partial plot offered here will have a size of approx. 4,000m² after division, whereby the exact size can also be discussed and adapted together. This can be reached via the existing bridge to be used jointly.
