We are a small & very nice community of owners (16 parties), most of the owners live in their apartments themselves, there is a dedicated management that takes care of everything. The complex is very well maintained. The land is owned by the owners.
Monthly house money is currently 430 euros including reserves and ancillary costs, only electricity is added (approx. 40 euros).
