The old harbor town is also one of the largest business locations on the island.
The space on offer here in the "old department store" is located on the lively main street in the old part of the town. From there it is only a 10-minute walk to the town harbor and the Baltic Sea shore.
The B96 provides good, fast transport links to the mainland (e.g. Berlin).
