The building was constructed in 1967 and some of the original features have been preserved. The house has central heating and is heated by district heating, as is the hot water. There is also a tiled stove in the living/dining area.
Almost all of the wooden windows were replaced with aluminum windows with double glazing in the 1980s. Only the living/dining area still has the original old wooden patio door and windows.
