The space has 285m² indoors. Access to the space is possible via the adjacent stairwell or the elevator. Depending on the type of use, access is also possible via the main staircase in the interior.

The window front is located on the south side, which ensures that light enters. The installation of walls, sanitary facilities etc. is possible by arrangement.
