From 01.02.2025 rent (only long term) unfurnished apartment 2 + kk 36,6 m2 after partial reconstruction. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a nine-storey building in Jičínská 1133. The layout of the apartment see the picture (near the photos). The apartment has a storage room accessible from the communication corridor and a cellar (1.5 m2) on the ground floor of the house. The apartment has two loggias (each 2.2 m2). The apartment is oriented to the east, and therefore it is pleasant in the summer. The apartment has central heating. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, a stove and a built-in wardrobe (in the hallway).
There is also an aerial connection and an internet connection in the apartment.

The house dates back to the 60s and is continuously maintained. There are two lifts in the house (each for 5 people). There is a possibility of parking at the house. In the vicinity there are all amenities (schools, shops, medical facilities, park, swimming pool, playgrounds, etc.). Near the house there is also a bus stop for urban and intercity bus transport.

The apartment is rented for the need of housing only one person!
The apartment is rented as non-smoking!
I do not rent the apartment to strangers!
I do not accept pets in the apartment!

I do not accept any form of co-habitation, insolvency and bankruptcy.
The tenant must be criminally clean.

Please respect the above. If it is subsequently proven that any of the above conditions have been violated, the tenancy will be terminated with immediate effect.

Price:
Rent 8.834,- CZK/month + utility and service charge 4.666,- CZK/month. Total 13.500,- CZK/month

Upon signing the "Lease Agreement", the tenant shall pay the first payment for the month of February (assuming the start of the lease from 01.02.2025) CZK 13.500,- and a refundable deposit of two monthly payments of CZK 27.000,- i.e. a total of CZK 40.500,-. Subsequent payments will be made by the 10th day of the month in question.
