You also have free internet and secure parking at the house. The tenant is only required to pay a fixed flat rent once a month and does not deal with utility and energy suppliers. I will not provide the offered flats, which are in my personal ownership, to socially disadvantaged persons, therefore I will not provide housing to those who are of working age and live only on social benefits! There is a strict no-smoking policy in the flats and in case of violation of this rule the lease contract will expire. There is a green relaxation area with benches and a gazebo next to the house. There are full amenities in the village, including a pizzeria, several shops, restaurants, superior sports facilities, tennis courts, gym, new gyms and bike paths.
