The upper floor extends to 100 m². From the staircase you enter the central living room with open kitchen and access to the balcony with a view of the Rohrbusch. All other rooms on the upper floor lead off the central living room: bathroom with shower, laundry room and 3 large rooms. The rooms are flooded with light and the entire upper floor (excluding the bathroom) has real wood parquet flooring.
The property is heated by oil central heating (approx. 2010-2014) (radiators and underfloor heating) and there are hot water collectors on the roof (approx. 2012). Town water and well water are available for the water supply. A functional satellite dish (2012) is mounted on the roof. The roof and windows are from 1976-1978.
The unobstructed, spacious garden is south-facing. The planting and integrated flower beds, raised beds, fountains and terraces were lovingly redesigned in 2004.
