Villa Laetitia, which was completed in 2003 in the style of spa architecture, is located in a quiet side street just a short distance from the Binz pier and the long beach promenade. The light-flooded apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached by elevator. The spacious living room is very comfortably equipped with an integrated kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and extensive small inventory. A luxurious sofa bed with ottoman, an additional armchair and a dining set made of rattan and additional solid wood furniture create a cozy living atmosphere. A Smart TV and a stereo system provide the best entertainment. The apartment also has an internet connection via LAN/W-LAN.
The bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and an additional TV, can be reached via the hallway with a modern rattan wardrobe. Next to it is the spacious shower room with large mirror, glass shelf and hairdryer.
From the completely renovated west-facing balcony, which can be accessed from the living room as well as from the bedroom, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the rooftops of Binz in the afternoon and evening sun to both the Baltic Sea and Lake Schmachter.
A parking space directly at the house also belongs to this apartment. Access is secured by a barrier.
The apartment has a separate cellar compartment, a communal bicycle cellar and a laundry room with its own new washing machine and dryer.
The apartment can be rented out to vacation guests as well as for own use/permanent rental.
