The rooms have recently been renovated and are bright thanks to large windows. They are furnished with a bed, desk, table, chair, wardrobe (you are welcome to bring your own furniture) and have their own Internet access, LAN & WLAN and telephone connection.
In addition, the spacious social floor with grand piano, TV room, balcony, large kitchen, cellar bar and a barbecue area with outdoor bar in our large park-like garden with mature trees are available to the shared apartment. Depending on the room, the total warm rent (!!!) varies between €210,- and €245,-. !!! NO SHORT-TERM RENTALS !!! Your new shared flat is looking forward to receiving your (male, male) AUSSAGEFÄHIGE application with photo, with which we will get a first impression of the numerous applications.
Location
Our shared flat is located in a renovated old building (approx. 1890), a villa with a park-like garden of approx. 3000 sqm, in the Hartenberg/Münchfeld district of Mainz and is easily accessible. Numerous shopping facilities are easily accessible within a radius of 1 km. The nearest bus stop is 150m away (lines 60 and 63).
The Mainz campus and the city center can be reached by public transport, car or bike within 10-15 minutes!
Mainz main station is a 15-minute walk away, or even quicker by bike.By the way, the S-Bahn line #8 provides excellent connections to Wiesbaden main station and Rüsselsheim station.

We are a homogeneous residential community and motivate and support each other in our learning/studying, whereby living together is very varied due to the many different students from a wide range of faculties. It's very interesting to learn about other people's studies - it gives you the opportunity to look beyond your own degree course.

We will also be happy to show you around the city and the university. Our "Verbindung katholischer, deutscher Studenten Hasso-Rhenania Mainz" is a non-denominational, non-partisan association and belongs to the Cartellverband (CV).
We live and practice liberal democracy and oppose radical tendencies of any kind!
With approx. 23,000 members, this is the largest Catholic academic association in Europe, to which 125 individual fraternities belong - a personal network with enormous potential for you.
