The U3 station Fürstenried West is about a 10-minute walk away and from there it is a quick 15-minute walk to Marienplatz. Alternatively, there is a bus to the subway; the bus stop is right in front of the house. By car there is a quick connection to the lake district and to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. A beautiful cycle route leads past the house to Lake Starnberg.
