The house was planned and built by me in 1994 to the highest quality standards for my own use. It is used for living, without animals and smokers. At present, around 192 m² is used for residential purposes, of which approx. 47 m² is in the basement. It is well maintained and in very good condition.
The house has 2 entrances and 2 staircases and can therefore be used very flexibly. Partial use as an office with up to 5 workstations or other use with its own entrance in 3 rooms would be possible without disturbing the living area.
