In 1 minute you can walk to the Schiller-Promenade with the park in the middle and in a few minutes you are in Hasenheide-Park. The infrastructure is very good, in about 7 minutes you are at the U-8 stop Leinestr. which takes you to the S-Bahn station Hermannstr. in 1 stop and the Ring-Bahn in 2 minutes. In a few minutes you are with the U-8 at Hermann-Platz from where you can reach all places in Berlin very quickly with many buses and with the U-7. The Schiller-Kiez is about 20 meters higher than the surrounding area of Berlin and therefore has its own micro-climate, which is very pleasant.
