General data:
The house, built in 1961 and extensively extended in 1984, stands on an 800 sqm plot of land. The living space of 117 sqm is spread over the entire first floor (ceiling height: 2.55 m). The house was built in bungalow style. In principle, the roof allows for a further extension, but this will probably have to be agreed with the building authorities according to individual requirements. A spacious staircase to the top floor already exists. The cellar was further extended in the 1970s, so that there is now approx. 85 sqm of usable space (ceiling height: 2.02 m for approx. 1/4 of the cellar rooms, 2.25 m for approx. 3/4 of the cellar rooms). The cellar is accessible both from the outside and the inside.
First floor:
The front entrance is located on the south-east side of the house. A further (rear) entrance, which leads to the kitchen via an approx. 10 sqm terrace (covered and sheltered from the rain), is located on the north-west side. From the kitchen, a door leads to a larger dining room and another door to a spacious corner hallway. Part of the corner hallway consists of a large open hallway, to which the front door on the south-east side also leads. The dining room is connected to a large living room via a large glass door. There are also doors from the corner hallway to a guest WC (toilet, washbasin, urinal), a bathroom (toilet, large washbasin, floor-level shower), 2 smaller rooms and a larger room. This means that there are currently 5 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 guest WC on the first floor.
Basement:
The basement consists of a boiler room (the gas heating was completely renewed in 2013: Vaillant), a laundry room (with connections for washing machine, dryer, etc.), a toilet with shower (no longer in use for years and defective) and 3 other rooms. Parts of the cellar are heated.

Condition:
Although the house is in a solid condition, the heating was renewed in 2013 and the windows were
