The house was completely renovated in 2014. New work was carried out:
- Gas floor heating with all radiators and pipes in the apartments,
- all bathrooms were newly tiled, with shower, bathtub and double washbasin,
- the entire old building fabric was refurbished, wooden floorboards, doors, locks
- all walls and ceilings were newly plastered and painted,
