The famous Bergedorf observatory is about 1 km away, as is the entrance to the A 25 freeway. The Vier- und Marschlande - ideal for bicycle tours - start practically directly behind the house. Bergedorf is connected to the Hamburg cycle route network with cycle routes 8 and 9. Day nursery and elementary school are within walking distance. There are also secondary schools in Bergedorf.
