The storage box is fenced off with a 2.60 m high bar fence and is open at the top. The lockable area is approx. 55 M2 + personal loading zone approx. 20 M2.

This is a flat-rate rent incl. ancillary costs plus VAT. The minimum rental period is 12 months.

Not permitted:

-Storage of water-polluting and explosive substances
-Parking of vehicles
-Use as a workshop

The extensive industrial estate of the former Ewald colliery has its own connection to the public transport network and can be reached quickly via the BAB 2, 42 and 43. A cozy bakery is located directly on the site. The city center and supermarket are just a few minutes away.
