The house is QNG certified and meets the highest ecological and energy standards. Each apartment has its own photovoltaic system with 4.5kwP and its own photovoltaic storage system. This enables us to reduce electricity consumption by around 65%. Water-saving fittings reduce water consumption by around 50%. Thanks to showers with heat recovery, we also use 65% less energy to produce hot water. This means that ancillary costs are at a fabulously low level.
