Feldbergblick 22, 65529 Waldems – HessenThere are still two social housing apartments available in our communal housing project for tenants with a certificate of eligibility for housing. The two apartments are located in House A on the first floor and second floor respectively.
We are looking for inquisitive people who want to live their lives not in anonymity, but to plan and create lots of fun things together with the community.

The house is QNG certified and meets the highest ecological and energy standards. Each apartment has its own photovoltaic system with 4.5kwP and its own photovoltaic storage system. This enables us to reduce electricity consumption by around 65%. Water-saving fittings reduce water consumption by around 50%. Thanks to showers with heat recovery, we also use 65% less energy to produce hot water. This means that ancillary costs are at a fabulously low level.
You should know that we do not allocate apartments in order of preference. Rather, we are looking for people who want to practice communal living and are keen to exchange ideas. Just get to know us and you'll soon realize that we'll have a lot of fun together.
Nevertheless, everyone has their own retreat in their own apartment. We are NOT a shared flat... grin.

Information on equipment
The real highlight is the photovoltaic system, which every tenant can use free of charge. The self-produced electricity saves around 65% of the required electricity costs.
The bathroom is fully equipped including lighting, vanity unit, washbasin, economy fittings and shower.
The floors are fitted with an innovative, organic linoleum floor design. The walls are NOT white but painted smooth in a very light tone. Skirting boards and doors are the same color.
Location
The residential project is located at the highest point in Waldems Bermbach and is unobstructable. Idstein and the A3 can be reached in 5 minutes. Bad Camberg can be reached in 10 minutes. It takes 25 minutes to Limburg. Wiesbaden can also be reached within half an hour. There is a kindergarten in the village. The elementary school in Heftrich is 3 minutes away. There is a farm store in the village and a supermarket in Esch. Idstein has everything from Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe and a beautiful town center... Even a hospital and a university. Buses run every half hour. There is also a bus connection to Königstein every hour.
