Living room couch, living room cupboard, 55" Smart TV with cable connection, fast Internet via W-LAN, new 1.80m box spring bed, large bedroom wardrobe, mirror cabinet with lighting, shower, hairdryer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, a set of towels, bed linen, tea towels, pots, crockery and cutlery, toaster, kettle, washing machine and condensation dryer. Dining table with 4 chairs.
Fast internet via W-LAN (Vodafone Red Business), cable connection, water, electricity, garbage and a parking space are included in the price. 1-2 pets are allowed by arrangement for an extra charge.
Smoking is permitted in our small, wind- and rain-protected smoking area or on the terrace. There you can enjoy the evening sun and grill a steak.
The 3-room apartment is suitable for a maximum of 5 adults (1 extra bed) and 1 baby (travel cot).
The price shown is the warm rent incl. all additional costs (electricity, internet, furniture wear, washing machine, dryer etc.) for 2 persons incl. 1 parking space. Each additional person costs 15€/day more.
A landlord's confirmation can be issued for longer rentals.
Location
The apartment is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Aldingen.
There is a bus stop just a few meters away from which you can also explore the area by public transport.
Within 12 minutes you can reach the two highway connections of the A81 Tuningen or Rottweil. You can reach Lake Constance, Freiburg or Stuttgart in approx. 60-70 minutes. An ideal starting point for exploring the area.
