The apartment consists of two pass-through rooms (kitchen, room), bathroom with toilet and entrance hall. The windows from the kitchen face the courtyard, the windows from the room face the street.
The kitchen has a spacious kitchen unit including appliances (gas cooker with electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, combined refrigerator), lino on the floor. In the room are original parquet floors. In the rest of the apartment there are tiles. Heating by gas WAW, in the bathroom direct heating, water heating provided by boiler. In the bathroom there is a washing machine.
The apartment is within walking distance to metro A Flora (10 min), bus stop 2 min from the house (line No. 124, 135 and 139 Na Míčánkách). The Eden shopping centre is about 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment is non-smoking and it is not possible to keep pets.
There is a fibre optic cable in the house. Internet, as well as electricity and gas, is paid by the tenant himself on the basis of contracts with their suppliers.
Rent 17.000 CZK, utility deposits 1.000 CZK/person/month, refundable security deposit 17.000 CZK. Annual liability and household insurance CZK 1,318 - agreed by the landlord.
