Rural, quiet location in a side street with direct access to the surrounding leisure area (cycling, walking, hiking etc.), only local traffic. With good views of the mountains from the top floor. To various bus stops 2-3 minutes on foot. A small Edeka store directly in the village, otherwise best supply possibilities incl. medical care in Erling, Seefeld, Herrsching am Ammersee, approx. 5 minutes away by car. The district of Frieding is located in the middle of a beautiful leisure area in the 5 lake district. Numerous popular excursion possibilities in the immediate vicinity, within walking or cycling distance, such as Andechs Monastery, Seefeld Castle, Maisinger See, Herrsching via the romantic Kiental etc. Herrsching, beautifully situated on the Ammersee, offers not only very popular leisure facilities such as the idyllic Seewinkel lake resort, lake promenade, beer gardens, restaurants etc., but also an excellent infrastructure of schools, a new grammar school currently under construction near the lake, its own clinic etc.! Pilsensee, Wesslinger See, Starnberger See and Wörthsee, each in an incomparable location, are also not far away and invite you to take regular excursions! Especially by bike, of course!
