I am offering you a newly renovated apartment in an eight-party apartment building. The apartment is on the second floor of the building.
Literally everything in the apartment has been renovated. From the floor coverings to the suspended ceilings and new windows with shutters. All the frames and doors, including the front door, were also replaced. The electrical installation and the bathroom were also completely renewed.
As you can see from the photos, we are in the final phase of the renovation. A few small things still need to be done, which is why the move-in date has been set for 15.04.2024.

Kitchen / house utilities:
Please do not be surprised, the pure ancillary costs are approx. 130 € per month. An additional € 70 per month is charged for the new fitted kitchen. For this reason, the ancillary costs are quoted at a total of € 200.
This means that the total monthly rent is € 800 plus gas and electricity, which are billed directly to the supplier.
Internet could possibly be used by us. However, this would have to be tested to see if it works with the respective devices. I would also like to point out that fiber optic has recently been installed in the house. It is therefore possible to register and use a connection.
I would also like to point out that both a washing machine and a dryer can be installed in the apartment. This means that laundry can be washed and dried conveniently in the apartment.
The kitchen will look like the example photos in the gallery, as it has already been installed in an apartment on the second floor. This means that the kitchen is an integral part of the apartment and may not be removed or altered.
If the kitchen is not to the tenant's taste, I am really sorry, but there is nothing that can be done about it.
Location
The apartment is located at Schützenstraße 97 in Osnabrück, in a central and well-connected location. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance. Public transport is also well connected, so that the city center and other important facilities can be reached quickly.
