Ground floor: large living-dining room, open kitchen, incl. wood-burning stove. Bedroom with WC and washbasin. Furthermore a bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower and solarium. Second floor: large living-dining room with gallery and tiled stove. Furthermore a fitted kitchen with cozy seating and large gas stove. The kitchen was newly built in 2016. The distance to Selters (Westerwald) is approx. 5 km. It is just 12 km to Dierdorf on the A3. Hachenburg is 15 km away and Altenkirchen about 20 km. The Westerwald lake district starts practically on our doorstep and is about 1 km away. To our pastures it is approx. 300 mtr. 5 ha. Area with stream are in one piece. 1.3 ha. directly adjacent to the large pasture and only separated by a road. A leased meadow of approx. 7000 square meters is also directly adjacent to the large property and also separated by a driveway. All of the pastures are arable.

Miscellaneous
There are many possibilities of use here, e.g. trail riding station (as there are large campsites in the immediate vicinity), rearing foals, keeping stallions and mares, taking in pregnant mares.
