The town of Kutná Hora offers for rent municipal apartment No. 20 on the 4th floor of the house No. 343, ul. Masarykova Street in Kutná Hora in the form of a tender procedure with auction of rent. In addition to the auctioned rent, deposits for services associated with the use of the apartment (water, electricity, common areas, waste, STA, chimney) will be set, the amount of which depends on the number of people who will use the apartment. Inspections of the apartment will take place on 24 March 2025 at 14.00 and 7 April 2025 at 15.00. The closing date of the selection procedure is 14 April 2025 at 13.00 and the application form with the required documents must be submitted in person to the Property Management Department of the Municipality of Kutná Hora, Havlíčkovo náměstí 552 on the ground floor.
