79853 Lenzkirch – Baden-WürttembergWe are selling our cozy and quietly located attic apartment with a view of Lenzkirch and the Black Forest. Thanks to the well thought-out layout, the apartment in the attic is practically nowhere adjacent to a neighboring apartment (west side balcony, north/south side roof, east side staircase) and is therefore very quiet. The living/dining room is open up to the roof ridge and therefore appears much larger. The bathroom has a separate shower and a bathtub. The windows have been constantly renewed in recent years. The wooden rafters on the ceiling create a very cozy atmosphere. The pictures are from the time when we rented out the apartment as a vacation home. However, as the demand and the associated costs were too high, we rented it out normally (the tenant is moving to northern Germany at the end of April).
We are selling our apartment privately and therefore without an estate agent's fee.
The apartment is being sold including a parking space and a lockable single garage!
Further public parking spaces are available.

The apartment is situated in a sunny location at an altitude of around 870 m with a view over Lenzkirch and the surrounding area.
Lenzkirch is a climatic health resort and lies between Tititsee, Schluchsee, Feldberg and the wildly romantic Wutach Gorge. The glacial Ursee valley is also one of many highlights.
The fir forest begins just a few steps away from the apartment. Hiking, mountain biking, skiing, (cross-country ski trails on site, e.g. Feldberg ski area within 15 minutes). Paragliding and motorcycling paradise.
The nice thing about Lenzkirch is its quiet location, as most tourists spend the night in Titisee or Schluchsee.
Hospital, grammar school in Neustadt, all other important services available in Lenzkirch.
