We are selling our cozy and quietly located attic apartment with a view of Lenzkirch and the Black Forest. Thanks to the well thought-out layout, the apartment in the attic is practically nowhere adjacent to a neighboring apartment (west side balcony, north/south side roof, east side staircase) and is therefore very quiet.
