We are looking for a new tenant for one person in this shared flat on behalf of our tenants. The vacant room has a size of approx. 18m².
The entire apartment has a living space of approx. 95m², two bathrooms (each equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin), a communal living room, a fully equipped kitchen and much more.
The bathrooms were modernized two years ago and the floor coverings were newly laid.

This apartment, which is located on the 1st floor, impresses with its upscale interior design and can be occupied from 14.3.2025. In addition to four beautiful rooms, the apartment has two bathrooms and a separate guest WC. The good layout, which is also suitable for shared flats, is also impressive. There is also a fitted kitchen, a parking space for your car and a cellar room.

Note: Students would fit very well in the shared flat! Families or couples cannot be considered due to the current flatmates.

The location of the shared room faces the inner courtyard of the neighboring houses and is therefore very quiet. The room size is more than sufficient for a large bed and a large desk. The washing machine in the large bathroom of the shared flat can of course also be used.

The shared flat is very centrally located in Altenbochum behind the Altenbochum church. Therefore, the connection to public transportation is only a 4-minute walk away. The 302, 305 and 310 lines take you quickly to the city center and the main train station.
