Co-working workplace all. Incl. with storage - ideal for the self-employed

We are a young start-up in the e-commerce sector and offer our free workstations for subletting.

Are you self-employed, freelancer, small business owner, own a small GmbH and need a place to live out your creativity or focus on your work? Then you've come to the right place. Here you can work undisturbed and give your business your full attention. We maintain a quiet and concentrated working atmosphere.

Our premises are typically "start-up" equipped. A warehouse was partially converted into an office last year and the furnishings are partly very modern - partly very functional.

There is a meeting room, a kitchen, our chill lounge, a fitness room and a shower for communal use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, etc. You are also welcome to cook for lunch. The water dispenser (sparkling, chilled, still) and the coffee machine can be used free of charge.

Cleaning: The workstations are regularly wiped down and all rooms are cleaned.

Dogs are allowed as long as they behave almost invisibly, do not cause excessive dirt and do not disturb others at work.

Guests are of course welcome.

There are a total of 8 workstations in the office, two of which are already occupied.

The rental price is calculated for one person / one workstation. The following items are included as standard at the workplace
- WLAN included (100 Mbit in the entire building)

- Other services such as preparation and dispatch of parcels/returns

The minimum rental period is only one month and the notice period is 1 month to the end of the month.

Everything you need is within walking distance of our office: Train station (Frankfurt Höchst), restaurants, snack bars, supermarkets, drugstores, a small park, hairdressers, etc. The highway is also only a 10-minute drive away.
