We rent a 3-room apartment in the center of Osnabrück (Georgstraße 11) with balcony.

The apartment has the following layout:
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 storage room / walk-in closet accessible from one bedroom
- Covered balcony accessible via 1 bedroom
- kitchen
- bathroom
- cellar compartment approx. 6-8m²

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is perfectly suited for a 3-person shared flat, but a couple or similar is also very welcome.
A parking space is unfortunately not available and cannot be rented from us. We can gladly put you in touch with a landlord of parking spaces on Karlstraße.

There are currently 2 bedrooms connected by a sliding door. We would remove this before moving in and close the wall so that all bedrooms are accessible via the hallway and no room is a walk-through room.

The basic rent is €1,000 plus an advance payment of €75 for operating costs and €125 for heating costs.
The apartment does not currently have a fitted kitchen. This can be installed by us for a monthly rent of 50-70€.

The apartment can be rented from 01.04.2025. The latest rental start date should be 01.05.2025.
