-Please bring a copy of your identity card, a completed tenant self-disclosure form (simple form from the Internet), proof of salary (last 3 months) and a Schufa report (alternatively written authorization for a credit check) to the viewing. The documents should only be handed over to me if a rental is considered after the viewing.
-The rental agreement has a graduated rent, i.e. the basic rent incl. underground parking space remains unchanged for the first 12 months and changes after 12 months by a total of €30 per month.
-In principle, temporary living would also be possible, i.e. a temporary tenancy agreement can also be requested (but please note this in writing before viewing).
-The deposit is 3 cold rents (= 4500 €); a rental deposit insurance is also possible.
-A fitted kitchen is available. This is provided for use. A minor repair clause is included in the rental agreement.
-When renting, I require proof of existing household contents insurance.
