Charming apartment in old building in KA-Weststadt-second occupancy with balcony

The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and is now available for second occupancy. It is located in an old building in Kaiserallee:
The apartment is on the 1st of 4 upper floors of an inner-city apartment building. The old building from around 1900 was partially rebuilt in 1949 after war damage.
The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a large living room/kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom.
The spacious hallway connects all three rooms.
The room (bedroom) at the end of the hallway faces Schillerstraße. Adjacent is the living room (corner room), which connects the second room (dining room) and the enclosed kitchen with a door. From the kitchen you have access to the balcony and the bathroom. These rooms all face Kaiserallee.

High-quality vinyl flooring has been laid in the three living rooms.
As part of the core refurbishment, all windows were replaced with modern, triple-glazed elements with soundproofing properties.
The existing wooden doors were completely refurbished.
There is also a media distributor in the hallway that connects all rooms with each other via network cable.
The apartment is connected to a small central heating system (gas boiler), to which the first floor unit is also connected.
