As we have many other interests at the age of 70, we now want to part with our house, which we have designed and furnished to a high standard for our family of 5.
The house is well maintained and has been continuously modernized (e.g. new heat pump approx. 10 years ago, most recently nano-coated roof tiles, new roof on carport and garage, etc.). However, it can also be easily individualized to set your own accents.
An energy certificate is available and further pictures can be provided on request. A viewing is of course also possible.
In order to keep the costs for the buyer manageable, we are offering the house without an estate agent until the end of May and, if the buyer is creditworthy, we can also discuss a fair seller's loan for a partial amount.
