The total area of the apartment is 33 m2 and offers a spacious living room connected to the kitchenette. We are currently waiting for the approval of the building and handover of the apartment, therefore no viewing is possible yet, but we are collecting preliminary interested parties with the viewings to take place as soon as we have the keys from the developer (approx. by mid-April).

The apartment is offered as unfurnished (only with kitchen and built-in wardrobe installed during April). There is a cellar of 4.4 m2 for storing personal belongings. Parking space is available for an additional fee.
