This property is not being marketed commercially, but was born out of the fact that we, my wife and I, have founded a builders' association with other clients in order to create a retirement home together.

Our house, which is now for sale, has become far too big for us as the children have left home and we don't want to spend the last stage of our lives managing the property. We simply want to enjoy our retirement.
