The yield of the fruit trees is very abundant and the fruit tastes excellent, in spring the whole garden hums, as bees are kept on the neighboring plots and they ensure optimal pollination of the flowers...

There are also numerous medicinal herbs in a herb snail and vegetable beds.

Special attention is paid to the 80-year-old walnut tree, which is now a natural monument and produces around 100 kg of walnuts a year. It also provides pleasant shade, which is especially nice on hot days, as the garden faces south.

Several veins of water run underground, from which the roots of the trees are mainly fed.

There is a small house with a fireplace and a small earth cellar on the property, as well as another for storing garden tools.

There is also a brick barbecue and a cozy terrace with a granite-topped table.

We are looking for a tenant for this wonderful place and would like to know it is in good hands. It is a monthly lease of €180 for long term use as we will be relocating.
