The apartment is located in the heart of Schöneberg and one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Berlin in a very quiet side street and absolutely central. 5 or 10 min walk to the subway (Nollendorf Platz / Eisenacherstr. ), 1 subway station to KadeWe, 2 stations to Kurfürstendamm, 4 stations to Potsdamer Platz, 6 stations to Stadtmitte - all without changing trains.
The so-called Goltzstrassen-Kiez is one of the most popular residential areas in Berlin. It is a very lively, but still original neighborhood with wonderful cafes and restaurants, many small stores and boutiques. The popular Winterfeldmarkt around the corner is also open three times a week for relaxed shopping and strolling. There is also a fantastic bread/pizza bakery "Keit" and "Sironi" just around the corner from the apartment, with a great cupcake cafe right next door. If you're new to the city and want to meet people, there's also Cafe Atelier Culinario right on the doorstep. It offers great courses and events about food and wine in a friendly atmosphere.
